To provide and maintain the App, we may collect limited information from Shopify stores that install Analytics Audit, including:

• Store name
• Store URL
• Merchant email address
• Shopify account information necessary for app functionality
• Theme assets and script tags (read-only, for audit purposes only)

We do not collect, store, or process payment information or customer personal data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Enable analytics tracking audits across GA4, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Provide customer care and support
• Monitor usage and troubleshoot technical issues
• Communicate important updates regarding the App

3. Data Sharing

Node Agency LLC does not sell merchant data to third parties. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

4. Shopify Platform Requirements

Analytics Audit operates within the Shopify ecosystem. Certain information may be shared with Shopify as required by Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and API Terms. Any information processed by Shopify is subject to Shopify's own privacy policies and practices.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. Upon app uninstallation, we delete all associated store session data in response to Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may utilize third-party infrastructure, hosting, or support services. These providers may process information solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. Theme and script tag data is read in real time and is never shared with or stored by any third party.

8. Children's Privacy

Analytics Audit does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
